Use PolicyPack for legitimate business compliance. Don't resell the documents as a service, don't use the platform to harm anyone, and don't try to break it.1. Permitted use
PolicyPack is licensed to legitimate businesses to generate compliance documents for their own use, including for tender submissions, insurer requirements, and regulator audits.
2. Prohibited use
You must not use the service to:
- resell, sublicense, or distribute documents as a templated product to third parties;
- create documents misrepresenting your business to regulators, insurers, or prospective clients;
- impersonate another business or individual;
- scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our prompt templates, training data, or proprietary frameworks;
- introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or quotas;
- generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that incites violence;
- build a competing product or service using our outputs.
3. Reasonable use
Plan limits are intended to support normal business use. We may apply soft rate limits to prevent abuse. If you have an unusual workload (for example, generating dozens of packs for a multi-entity group), contact us to arrange enterprise terms.
4. Content responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the inputs you provide and for reviewing the generated output before relying on it. We reserve the right to refuse generation requests that appear designed to mislead or defraud.
5. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is misusing PolicyPack, email abuse@policypack.au. We investigate every report.
6. Enforcement
Breaches may result in suspension, termination, or legal action. Where the breach has caused us loss or risk, we may withhold refunds and recover costs.
